Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something is not quite right, you are welcome to return it.

Return Policy

You have 14 days to return your item(s), starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@stinasegergren.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your package back.

Return Shipping

Returns within Norway are free of charge. A return label will be provided, and no fee will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders, return shipping is not covered by us. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Important Information

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
