We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you are welcome to return it.
You have 14 days to return your item(s), starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear — items that do not meet this requirement cannot be accepted for return.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@stinasegergren.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- Return shipping from Norway is free of charge
- International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
